Cooking workshops with Maru Metspalu

Ready to explore the vibrant world of plant-based cooking? Join us for an inspiring workshop hosted by Maru Metspalu, a well-known vegan chef, who will guide you through delicious and easy-to-make plant-based recipes. During this hands-on session, you will not only learn how to create simple vegan dishes, but Maru will also share her experience on how to live a more balanced and sustainable lifestyle.

Share your best plant-based dish with us

Do you love getting creative in the kitchen, or have you been cooking plant-based meals for years? Submit your original plant-based recipe with an Estonian or Scandinavian flair, and we’ll select one winner to have their dish featured on our Swedish restaurant menu. Whether it’s a savoury entrée, a delicious dessert, or a main course packed full of greens, we can’t wait to taste your creations! The winner will also receive a 100-euro IKEA gift card.
